3. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Absolutely. We deliver nationwide, including major cities and remote areas across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.


4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your city and courier service.


5. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount (e.g., PKR 5,000). For smaller orders, a minimal delivery fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.


6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Fragrances and accessories cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to check the live delivery status through our courier partner’s website.


8. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

In the rare event that this happens, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.


9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — we provide Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan for your convenience. You can also pay online through bank transfer or card payment.
